Very good article and to the point.
This is something that we like to keep an eye on as we operate the Jobs2Ireland job board (http://www.jobs2ireland.ie).
We want to make sure that we can give added value to both our job seekers (advice) and solutions to our recruiters.
The use of linkedin is something that we want to add to our job seekers advice page (http://www.jobs2ireland.ie/career-advice/) but without distracting the job seeker from using Jobs2Ireland for their job search.
A happy balance is what we want to achieve for the job board and job seeker.
